Kelly - I don't want to throw cold water on a hot idea Kelly, but what I would suggest is that you have your brother-in-law design a longer swing arm just as soon as he finishes the cad cam blueprints of the smaller rear wheel pulley. As we all know, you can add and remove links to a chain.
